Cancel your subscription
iOS manages all subscriptions. Open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Tanned and tap Cancel. Apple's step-by-step guide →
Why is my session shorter than expected?
Recommendations adapt to current UV. Higher UV means shorter sessions for safety. Conditions change throughout the day, and your remaining MED budget shortens sessions later in the day.
How do I take a new scan?
Open the Tanning tab and tap the Skin Scancard. There's a 3-day cooldown between scans so progression is meaningful.
The app won't let me start a session
That's your MED budget protecting you. If you've already had today's recommended UV exposure, the App shows a warning. You can override with tap-and-hold if you understand the risk.
Where's my data stored?
Encrypted in the EU on Supabase Frankfurt. Photos sit in private buckets accessible only via signed URLs. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
Delete your account
Email contact@coolappcompany.com with subject "Delete my account." Your data enters a 30-day soft-delete window before being hard-purged.
Export your data
Email contact@coolappcompany.com with subject "Export my data." CSV export from inside the App is coming in v1.1.
Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. Submit refund requests via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Troubleshooting
Force-quit and reopen the App. If that fails, sign out and back in via the Me tab. Reinstalling is safe — your data is stored server-side and will sync back.
